The pop punk band Waterfronts from Portland, OR (you’ve seen them on here before) has just come out with a new EP, “In the Event of a Crash.” Their EP was released on May 4th and you can listen to it above. The band is made up of Madeline Matthews, Kevin Bredleau, Chris Taylor, Evan Nation, and Drey Davies. Front woman Matthews still continues to amaze us with her vocals throughout these songs.
This EP contains four songs with the opener, “Art Thief,” giving you a brief easy going sound, and then it hits you pretty good. The EP ends with a more mellow tune, “Rose Gold.” Feels like a song that you might just need to ease down after moshing to the previous three songs. Honestly I can’t stop listening to this EP!
Earlier this year Waterfronts released their latest single, “Headaches.” You can listen to it right here.
They have been playing quite a few shows in the Portland area. You can check out some upcoming dates here, where you can also “like” their Facebook page. Hope you enjoy their new EP!
